Be aware of your food allergy or intolerance You must let us know about your food allergies or intolerances at when you place your order and you should check the 14 allergens list and contact us so our team can help with substitute ingredients where possible, for more information contact us at infogreedyhare@gmail.com. For all orders placed via telephone or the website, we require an up to date phone number or email so that we can contact you if necessary.
DELIVERY
We deliver Monday to Friday, All deliveries are made by us our recommended and trusted delivery company. You will receive an email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped. we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.
Due to the nature of our products we are unable to leave them on the doorstep and therefore would request that you ensure someone is available to receive the order.
All our deliveries require a signature and we are unable to accept any responsibility if orders cannot be received when delivery is attempted. You must inspect the goods on delivery.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The majority of our orders are delivered within 24 hours of the order being made, although some consignments may take a little longer. Free shipping for orders over £20
STORAGE
On receipt of your delivery, please ensure that products are stored correctly.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
We hope you are pleased with your purchase of products. If you are not completely satisfied with the non-perishable products supplied and wish to return any items bought from us then we will be happy to make a refund, as long as the product is unopened and in its original condition. For the perishable products, we are unable to accept order cancellations after products have been despatched. Please let us know, in writing, at infogreedyhare@gmail.com the reason for the return and any returns should be made within a reasonable time (please try and return goods within 5 days). Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse the value of any goods which have perished or have been damaged as a result of failure to provide accurate information. If the goods are delivered damaged you must contact us by e-mail; infogreedyhare@gmail.com on the same day of delivery. you must give us (and the carrier) a fair chance to inspect the damaged goods.
If you wish to change or cancel your order then you should email your intention at infogreedyhare@gmail.com as soon as you can and within 6 hours from when your order has been placed
We will be happy to accommodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund.
