This chocolate mousse is made with whipped yolk egg and caster sugar, a drizzle of whipped cream, and flavoured with coffee, vanilla and Callebaut Dark Chocolate 54,5%.
Made with only chocolate, pasteurized eggs, cream, sugar, single espresso, butter.
No gelatine or preservative
Keep refrigerated up to 3 days
