Super soft and fluffy, these fried Potato Donuts is an absolute classic recipe. Made using mashed potatoes as one of the ingredients to create a soft textured doughnut and adding sourdough starter.
You won’t taste the potatoes, they are just an ingredient, which contributes largely to the soft and light texture of the donuts.
Filled with soft and silky Chocolate custard cream with a splash of Marsala.
They are best the same day.
Consume within three days from the delivery, store in the fridge between 3° and 5° degrees.
The Donuts are made with plain flour, sugar, boiled potatoes, butter, eggs, starter yeast, a pinch of salt.
Custard Chocolate Cream is made with organic milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence, plain flour, pasteurized yolk eggs, Dark Chocolate (Callebaut 54,5%) marsala, double cream.
Remove from the fridge half an hour before consuming for their best
