Super soft and fluffy, these fried Potato Doughnuts is an absolute classic recipe. Made using mashed potatoes as one of the ingredients to create a soft textured doughnut and adding sourdough starter.
You won’t taste the potatoes, they are just an ingredient, which contributes largely to the soft and light texture of the donuts.
Filled with soft and silky vanilla custard cream with a hint of lemon.
They are best the same day.
Consume within three days from the delivery, store in the fridge between 3° and 5° degrees.
The Donuts are made with plain flour, sugar, boiled potatoes, butter, eggs, starter yeast, a pinch of salt.
Custard Cream is made with organic milk, caster sugar, vanilla essence, plain flour, pasteurized yolk eggs, lemon, double cream.
Remove from the fridge half an hour before consuming for their best
