Bolognese sauce is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. It can be used used to dress tagliatelle or spaghetti al ragù and to prepare lasagne alla bolognese, characterful depth of flavour able to hold its own in all types of dishes.
This sauce is made with only grass-fed beef mince using the traditional Italian methods, slowly cooked for up to 6 hours
